We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, location, and job descriptions when you post a job or register as a tradesperson. We also collect usage data including pages visited, device information, and IP address.

3. How we use your data

• To match homeowners with suitable tradespeople based on job requirements
• To process payments securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• To send job notifications, quotes, and booking confirmations
• To verify tradesperson identity, insurance, and qualifications
• To improve our AI matching algorithms and platform features

4. Payment data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data processing. Funds held in escrow are managed through Stripe Connect.

5. Data sharing

We share your contact details with tradespeople only after a lead is unlocked (paid for). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
